A Standard user doesn’t check system requirements before buying a game. A (somewhat) intelligent users checks them. But, many a times, Graphics card becomes a issue. Upon checking system requirements, the issue is with Graphic Cards. If you know your graphic card, but that card isn’t listed on the requirements, you’re in a fix (until you know the graphic gens): Is the listed graphic card better or worse than mine?

Now, be troubled no longer. System requirements lab have a amazing online hardware checker, by the name of Can You Run it? which checks if you have the minimum and recommended hardware for many games, so you can know if your PC will run it. Just go to can you run it, and either-

  • Search for the product by typing it’s name.
  • Select from a drop down list.

Upon Clicking the ‘Can you run it?’ button, you will be prompted for a download. Download the file, and after you’re done, hit refresh.You will be either –- Get the system requirements with recommended as well as minimum tabs

  • Get system requirements with either recommended OR minimum tab
  • Get a video advertisement

If you get the advertisement, a refresh is recommended. Refresh, and you should get option 1 or option 2. If you got option 2, sadly, you will get either one of minimum or recommended.
You will get upgrade suggestions too, if your computer doesn’t meet the minimum requirement. Hope it helped for your next buy!
